"Hey all! Overall experience was phenomenal, could also be that I purchased a great toy too... all aside some recommendations to consider:Tyler Lawler, super salesman. From the moment we walked inside to the purchase we felt cared for. Won't ever forget him saying,"We know this is your first stop and we strive to also make it your last." It was!Christian Thom, super parts guy. We were already there and needed a few items to make sure our new baby runs smooth.Mike (as I recall), super service man. Had the bike up and running in an hour or so and made sure we felt 100 with the sale. Sal, F&I Manager. Excellent. Guy is a rider himself and gave some stellar recommendations on tracks in the area. Bike Mechanic with the mullet really peeved us. Understand it is your job to get the bike in order; however, we purchased a dirt bike. After reading the manual it stated the bike should be eased in 20 minutes light riding, then 40 medium riding. We felt the way he was riding it through the parking lot was excessive and not following the OEM recommendation. It started to get me so worked up.. I found the service entrance and walked out asking what he was doing. He then proceeded to claim he was breaking it in. At no point did I think it was damaging the dirt bike, although the break in process is not his job... that's mine.No worries though, maybe he didn't know. Just ask that the mechanics stay in their lanes. So glad to have done business with Cycle City Power Sports and plan to continue my business with them. Off to hit the track,
