"Mr. McGarity (Cycle City)
I brought my 1999 Honda Valkyrie to your service department on May 12th 2007 thinking I needed a valve adjustment due to a ticking valve. I was to leave it for about 3 or 4 days.
Kevin Feil was the service technician I met with. After I left the dealership he called me back within one hour and said my Valkyrie was ready.
Instead of a valve adjustment, Kevin found a lose #1 exhaust pipe and installed new chrome nuts and washers and tightened the other 5 exhaust pipes.
This is outstanding customer service. Instead of a $150.00 plus, parts and labor charge, Kevin didn't charge me a dime.
I am 52 years old and have been riding motorcycles since I was 6 years old. I've been to many dealerships over the last 42 years and I have NEVER found a more honest and trustworthy dealership than Cycle City.

" I have purchased a 2005 Star Warrior, had 3 bikes serviced and maintenance on a scheduled basis, bought parts and accessories for my entire family, and customized my new bike all with the highest level of customer service. I cannot say enough good things about Peggy in accessories she always finds time to help even when your shop is very busy. Brian, Greg, David all have contacted me after my visits to see that all went well. This is not the cheapest place to do business but i have no problem driving over an hour from my home to deal with them, because i believe that you get what you pay for, and people who do a nice job should be rewarded with a profitable business. service dept is clean and well organized and does excellent work. (they listen to what you say is wrong) and can't leave out Bobby in parts, for transplanted yankee, he does pretty good !!"
